Hello to anyone who is reading this! I'm not a new person to this website/form, but this is my first time reaching out for some friends and some accountability. I tried to with my husband but that wasn't a good idea in my opinion. :expressionless:

Anyway~ I'm Tara, currently my twenties, and need to get healthy. I, um, I have depression/anxiety issues that are definitely not making it easy to stay on track. If anyone has any advice, please share!

I'm trying to lose at least 50lbs and go from there. I got a fitbit for my birthday, which has open my eyes on how poor my sleeping and activity level is. (I average 3-4 hours of sleep each night )

I just would love to have some friends to talk to and support. c:
