trying to get back on track - it was a good day

Hello...Been using MFP off and on for a while now. Was at my heaviest weight (197#) in September
Started going to a local ladies weight loss program in October and lost 21# by Christmas. The last 3 weeks I have had trouble making my self log my food, have had major issues with overeating and not being active and am back up 4#

But today I logged my food, went to fat club & was under 1200 calories.

I know I ate to many carbs and I didn't excercise...But it's better than nothing
