Hi I am currently weighing in at 172lbs "78kg"i was working out reliably for 6 months and went from 150lbs to 170lbs. On a "bulk"I fell off the grind I got married then we break up moved out ECT so life got in the way. I want to be able to see my abs and lean out. I work in a warehouse also 3 times a week 12hour shifts.I want to know what training should I be doing? And bulk or cut because I'm not the biggest guy 'muscle' but I'm not skinny either.I do 3x10 on each workout and get enough protein ECT.

well only you can decide whether you bulk or cut really. if you want to see abs though, its probably going to be cut.

If you want visible abs, you have to cut the fat...there's not really any way around that.0
