Motivation/Willpower Help Please?

Hiya Everyone!

I am new to the boards, but not new to tracking my food/macros.

I started two years ago and have lost 3 stone whilst weight lifting/sorting out my diet.

However, I have had about 8 weeks now where I have lost the motivation to go to the gym to get my sessions done and the willpower to stop eating the office biscuit supply and its really getting me down (which of course is a vicious cycle which makes things worse!!)

Can anyone offer me any advice on how to get myself back on track again?

    Possibly remind yourself of why you started two years ago?

    People can offer you all kinds of advice but ultimately that motivation has to come from you.

    Another approach might be...ask yourself why you shouldn't workout and control your eating. Usually most people don't have a good answer to that. The only one that I can ever come up with is...I am too lazy to make the effort. Then I think...well that's stupid. Not exercising and not eating properly just makes me more lazy.
