Keto Weight loss

So I been doing the keto diet for about 2 months now. I feel I am losing so slow, I just recently started tracking my macros about 2 weeks ago, and started intermittent fasting. (16/8) Is there any advice you can give me? Help..I'm feeling discouraged.

    It all comes down to calories. Are you tracking calories? How much weight have you lost over the two months?

    I have lost 14 lbs. Yes I'm tracking calories also. I stay under 1400

    You are at a good pace. 1-2 lbs a week is a good pace. And going low carb, the first 2 weeks or so will show big losses for changes in water weight/glycogen.

    14 pounds in that time is a good rate. Congratulations! Some of the crazy numbers you see are just that. You are doing great!
