30 second jumping jacks
15 lunges
30 second plank
30 second side plank (both sides)
30 second donkey kicks
Now repeat once more!
Add whatever more you'd like to it! Like Burpees or squats!!

    I just get up and go climb 10 or 12 flights of stairs periodically throughout my day. :)
