Good mornin'! So here I am back at it again trying to drop these pesky 30lbs. It seems no matter what I do the weight just won't come off. My diet needs a help, I seem to be hungry ALL the time. Does anyone take any appetite suppressants they recommend? Any suggestions and support would be awesome. I've been avoiding cameras like the plague. That fact along with the pain in my joints and not fitting into my clothes has become overwhelmingly sad. I'm currently 5'2, 161 lbs. My goal weight is 130-135 - its where my body feels best. Good luck to all of you on hitting your personal goals.

I take one called Evlution LeanMode. It's stimulant free which I like and it really works well for me. You can get it off of Amazon or bodybuilding.com. It's pretty cheap too. They recommend 3 tablets before breakfast and dinner but I'm able to get away with just taking 2.

Are you being overly restrictive with calories, trying to lose the weight too quickly?

Perhaps your food choices aren't satiating or satisfying?

You will be hungry at times when you're dieting, there's nothing wrong with that. Learn to cope, and make smart food choices to minimise it

I will check that out for sure. Thank you!!
  • I've been trying to get more calories from protein as I find they keep me fuller for longer and even if I feel like I could keep up with under eating to make a bigger calorie deficit I always make sure I eat enough otherwise I start wanting to eat everything in sight by the end of the day! I find by having a smaller lunch and a slightly bigger dinner I'm less likely to start grazing post dinner. All the best to you! We are aiming for pretty similar stuff, I'm 5'4 and 172 at the mo looking to get to 140.
