How 2 delete foods from your lists??

Im a month new to MFP and I'd like to delete some foods from my lists, but have no idea on how to. (its probably right in front of my face)
If anyone knows how can you plase share on how to?

    I agree. I want to delete some foods under the "Recent" and "My Foods" tab, but it looks like there is no way to do this - correct?

    I did 2 notice that u can NOT edit those. And thats where I really need to delete (1) b/c I mispelled it & put in the wrong calories.
