GAINED IT ALL BACK...BUT I'M NOT GIVING UP!!

IN THE YEAR 2015 ALL THE WAY UP TO SUMMER 2016 I WENT FROM 165 ALL THE WAY TO 135. I AM A SHORT GIRL ONLY 5'1 SO AT 135 I WAS FEELING GREAT AND LOOKING GREAT TOO. I HAD SO MANY COMPLIMENTS ON HOW GREAT I LOOKED AND I WAS SINGLE, SO I WAS DETERMINED TO KEEP FEELING AND LOOKING THIS WAY. BUT I WAS UNABLE TO MAINTAIN MY BUSY FITNESS LIFE ONCE I GOT INTO A RELATIONSHIP. I WAS EATING OUT WITH MY BOYFRIEND ALL THE TIME AND INSTEAD OF GOING TO THE GYM IN MY REGULAR ROUTINE I WOULD DITCH IT TO GO HANG OUT WITH MY BOYFRIEND. SO EVENTUALLY I GAINED ALL MY WEIGHT BACK AND I'M BACK IN THE 160'S. BUT I AM DETERMINED TO LOSE ALL THE WEIGHT BACK AND ACTUALLY MAINTAIN IT THIS TIME. I AM STARTING TODAY. I PLAN ON GOING TO THE GYM 2-3 DAYS A WEEK AS A START AND SLOWLY INCRESE THE DAYS. MY WEDDING IS COMING UP, DONT REALLY HAVE A DATE SET UP FOR IT JUST YET. BUT MY NEW GOAL WEIGHT WILL BE 125 SINCE I'M A SHORT GAL.
