I've got the insanity work out. Might start it tomorrow if I get chance, anyone done it? Is it as brutal as it looks?

I'm almost done with Week 2 of Month 2. It's every bit as intense as it looks. If you're going to do Insanity, listen to Shawn T: make sure your form stays good, take breaks when you need to, push through being sore and uncomfortable but stop if you start to actually hurt yourself, and don't try to keep up with the pros on the video. You'll notice that even they have to stop at times to catch a breater, and they're fitness pros, so don't feel bad when you can't do the full workout at full intensity for the full time Shawn T is asking for. Most of us can't. Take measurements and progress pictures before you start. A lot of people get down because they don't see weight loss, particularly at first, but they haven't been watching their inches, which is where you will see the fat loss. I'm up 2 lbs, but I'm down 4" of my waist and 3% body fat, so the weight gain doesn't bother me. If that was all I had to go by, it probably would bother me. Good luck.0

I agree with grimendale. Pace, form, water, and frequent breaks are extremely useful when beginning. I'm just starting my 4th week of month one. Great luck to you.0
