Hello,

I have used this app for over two years. It has helped me meet my weight loss and support my distance running goals.

I have been weight lifting for a year. I have taken it more seriously In the last 7 months. I'm looking for advice and support on how to fuel my body. I need to drop some weight. About 15 to 20 pounds. Bulked over the winter. Now its time to shred.
