Does it feel better after walking on it a bit if so it could be plantar fasciitis. I'd wake up in the morning and could hardly walk.

No when i start to walk or put pressure on it, I start to feel like a throbbing pain.

It could be anything - plantar fasciitis, fallen arches, poorly fitting shoes, etc. Have you spoken to your doctor or a podiatrist?

It could just be how you stepped on it today. Hot soak for foot. Massage. Roll foot over tennis ball.

What do you do when you have one. I usually go on a jog every morning should I take a rest day from It.

Since this isn't a recurring problem, it could be something as simple as landing on your foot awkwardly during your run/walk. It's probably worth taking a rest day to see if the pain subsides.
