Wanted: recipe for oven baked steel cut oats and eggs/egg whites

Hi all, does anyone have a recipe for steel cut oats with eggs and or egg whites that is oven baked?

Presume if I cooked this on the stove top, I'd just sub in the eggs/whites for the water?
