I've had one cheat day so far and it's a long and hungry road. Can anyone give me motivation, meal ideas or workout tips to keep me going?

Don't have cheat days have a cheat meal . I know personally that if I have a complete cheat day it hard for me to get back on track. Also a new tip is find some cardio that u love the treadmill can get boring I've found that Zumba make the time flies and burns tons of calories! Hope I've helped!2
