Hi guys,

Ive been using MFP for a few years now, but have just started my journey afresh from January and thought I'd say hi from London. Feel free to add me.

Always been chubby/overweight since my early 20's and now im 31 I really want to kick the habits and be a better person for me and my kids.

Currently I am mixing a Paleo, Buletproof and Keto diet together - hi fat, moderate to high protein and low carb, trying to cut the refined and processed foods and sugars unless natural.

Got a Fitbit driving me to walk more and joing the gym next week.

So far for January its been a tough month changing my habits but I've lost almost 12lbs just from eating well!

Anyway, long intro but hi all!
