Back at it, and started boxing!

Hi everyone!
I'm back at MFP after a long hiatus. I've been driving by a boxing club every day for a year thinking "I should do that...". Last week, I finally got up the nerve to go and give it a try. I absolutely LOVE it. The class starts out with 15 minutes of cardio, then 8 rounds of boxing on a heavy bag with 1 minute of cardio in between each round, then 15 minutes of core. My free week is up tomorrow and I already see an improvement with my 4th class being over. I'm signing up! It's a big deal for me- I fear gyms and any kind of group exercise. My goal is to go 3-4 times per week. I hope it helps with my weight loss goals!
Anyway, I could use some friends and motivation. Please add me!!
