Realizing just how much I'm eating. Which is the purpose of my logging honestly. I'm actually getting excited to do better. I really needed to relearn what is right and what is wrong. Feeling super motivate and happy! That said, today I didn't get the bread, I didn't eat more lasagna, I didn't eat any sweets. I'm ready and I know it!
