Fitness and nutrition

Hey guys ! Everyone is on here trying to lose weight and I'm going for the gains ! Currently a 155 lbs goal is 195 with 1 pound gained p/week. Let it begin !

    I wouldnt say everyone is trying to lose - there are plenty of people trying to gain, you just need to look in the right places (the gaining/bodybuilding section, perhaps?)
