Diet/exercise and bowel movements

So I've recently started exercising more again and have had some good workouts the past days.
As soon as I did my bowel movements went out of control. I have gone three times today, and it's only 2pm here. It was not little each time either - it has to be everything I've eaten today.
My maintenance is 1900-2000, I eat 1600-1700 calories a day, and eat back what I burn from cardio.
Is this normal? I feel like food literarily goes straight through me. I eat - have to go - and am hungry again. When does it get to a point where you worry?

Seems more like you have IBS. I have that and when it's flaring, I experience what you have described. Have you changed your eating lately? Eating something different. Activia yogurt did that to me so I can't eat that.0

exercising always makes me want to run for the loo....I assume its because of all the jigging your body does!!
I know everyone is different but going 3 times before 2pm would be normal for me!0 -
When I first really got into running, it happened to me too. Eventually, things settled back to normal after 3 or 4 weeks.0

Only 3 or 4 times in a day? Lucky you
I hit the pot 3 times before 10AM
