sports injury

In February I was heavy into fitness mixing couch to 5k with heavy weights. I was running one day at the gym and pushing myself "no pain no gain" when suddenly I felt a snap in my inner right thigh with a rush of heat. I couldn't walk and put weight on my right leg for more than a week. I haven't been able to do much exercise since... Then in June I went to the hospital f or stomach pain which resulted in umbilical hernia surgery! So, That being 5 weeks ago I'm still in recovery. I have no idea if the running injury has anything to do with the hernia but I don't now where to start. So rounding this story out I don't know where to start with my fitness. I miss zumba weights yoga and everything but I have never started again after an injury or surgery like this. where should I start that's super low? Does anyone know how to help? Oh and i'm a 5ft 11, 27 year old woman :) thanks guys!
