Midweek slump

I do great Monday and Tuesday and by Wednesday I am craving the fries my co-workers bring in and the junk food. How do you guys keep your self on track mid-week?

  • I chew gum threw out the day and have head phones in to keep me focused

    Hi add me if you like, but when they come in, try going outside for a brief walk around parking lot. Hope this helps
