Hello,
Been doing keto for three weeks, feel great clothes fit better....lost 14lbs...now gained back three.
Anyone else run into this? Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks

Are you mindful of your calorie intake? Despite what some say, you still have to eat in a deficit. It's just easier for some folks not to be hungry all the time while eating this way.0

Yes should be at 1200 or so...have a hard time meeting that most days and fall a bit under...0

I didn't gain (and I'm not menopausal), but did want to say that I hit a stall at the 3 week mark. As long as you're watching your calories, I'd say just stick with it...and see where you are in a few more weeks.0

Yes will definitely stick with it....I feel great, lots of energy. I know I'm eating better than I was.1
