So I'm going to do a 12 week progress pictures diet plan but with the training I believe everyone has there own methods so I'm not going to tel you all how to suck eggs. I will post every other day pictures and if I have changed anything on my diet. I'm 5,9

And looming around 16% bodyfat. I'm doing zero cardio just intense weight training.
Monday = back & bies
Tuesday = chest & tries
Wednesday's = rest
Thursday = shoulders
Friday = chicken legs.
