I'm currently on winter break and wake up around 12 pm and sleep at 2-3 am. I'm not very active throughout the day. I sleep much more than I usually do. Should I cut my calories by half or what? I normally eat 1300, should I ony get 800-900 on days when I wake up late and sleep more?

If you dropped your intake to 800-900 you'd never get out of bed because you'd be too tired. ;)

Don't starve yourself. Nothing good comes of it. The minimum recommended daily caloric amount for women is 1200.

Going for a walk and getting some exercise calories in would be a better route to take. :)
