I'm currently on winter break and wake up around 12 pm and sleep at 2-3 am. I'm not very active throughout the day. I sleep much more than I usually do. Should I cut my calories by half or what? I normally eat 1300, should I ony get 800-900 on days when I wake up late and sleep more?

If you dropped your intake to 800-900 you'd never get out of bed because you'd be too tired.
Don't starve yourself. Nothing good comes of it. The minimum recommended daily caloric amount for women is 1200.
Going for a walk and getting some exercise calories in would be a better route to take.
