Beer gut

I have a very undesirable beer gut muffin top you name it. I know they say cardio and diet is the best way to knock it down and that sit ups and crunches just build muscle under the fat. Any helpful tips on how to speed up the process. I want to get that v by the pelvic bone that the ladies go crazy for

    No way to speed it up. Slow and steady wins the race.

    Creating and maintaining a caloric deficit is the answer. Sure, exercise will make it easier to maintain that deficit, but it really starts and ends with portion control.

    There is no fast way to loose weight short of surgery

    Depending on how overweight you are it could take years.

    I'm sure it'll take me another year before I'm to my goal.

    You didn't gain it all overnight you won't loose it overnight.

    Just keep at a calorie deficit and you will start to loose. You can do it!

    No such thing as spot reduction, thus no way to speed it up. As cwolfman13 said, it's generally the last place you'll lose the fat. You won't have that 'V' until you're around (or maybe even below) 10% BF.
