NEW YEAR, NEW YOU 60 day challenge

I have started my own challenge but would like some people to join so we can all stay motivated together! I am 5'2 and 175 pounds. my goal at this point is to be 145 pounds. I have started eating a simple diet. Called the rice and bean diet. Not that you have to eat just rice and beans. The point is that you have your main food ( eggs, fruit, vegtables, rice, and beans). I work out 5 days a week. Monday- Friday. lower body strength training (Monday, wednesdays, Fridays) cardio/upper body strength training(Tuesdays, and Thursdays). Let's kick this year off with a new and healthier you <3:)
