    1. Why low carb?
    2. What do you like to eat?

I find the cook book eat well for less great for healthy recipes. All made from scratch but quick an easy. Me and my husband love the sausage and bean soup.

Pintrest is my friend - and you can alter a lot of recipes to make them healthier.

    chicken fajita bowls
    ground turkey tacos
    spicy chicken stir fry
    3 bean turkey chili
    and more

*check out the recipes community board on MyFitnessPal too enjoy

It is also said that a good diet for GERD is individual so you need to find what works for you. The reactions are quite unpredictable and may take a lot of trial and error. Maybe you'll get better advice if you start a thread (in Food and Nutrition) about GERD? (And write "GERD" in the title.)
