How long have you been at that amount with those macros? if you want to do a slow bulk, the normal run of events is to give it a month, if the weight doesnt increase, increase the calories by 250 and give it another month. Repeat until the weight starts to go up.

I'm open to correction here but your protein might be too high and your carbs might be too low. You really dont need that much protein but again I'm open to correction here and @psuLemon is normally the best person on this matter.

Which is your protein goal? The screenshot says 150 goal but you logged 310.
300+ grams of protein is way more than enough.

Yes I eat a lot of protein and try get most of my calories from this to not gain fat through carbs. Iv been on this 3000 calls for a month now but some days feeling deflated and lack of food. Iv gone from 79kg to current weight over 2 months a lot is possible muscle memory and the fact I was not eating correctly prior

Again I'm open to correction here but you would be better off increasing your carbs as carbs are key to bulking and increasing weight and lowering the amount of protein you eat as 300+ is way too much. You will gain some fat bulking so be prepared for that but if you do a slow bulk, the increase in fat should be aligned with the increase in muscle.

While there isnt anything wrong with 300g of protein, it is largely unnecessary as it wont provide any additional benefit unless we are discussing satiety and compliance. I would generally up fats and carbs. Fat supports hormonal health and increase nutrient absorption and carbs will allow for improved recovery and helps reduce protein breakdown.

No, I don't think you are eating enough. You don't need that much protein. Carbs don't make you fat, excess calories regardless of the source and no strength training will.

Are you gaining weight with your current calorie intake?

If you answered Yes, then keep going.
If you answered No, then eat more.

Whichever answer you give, 300g protein is pointlessly high for a natural lifter let alone an enhanced one. You need no more than 1.2g/lb.

I would say your sugar goal is way too high and could be storing up problems for the future ( I'm no doctor btw)

Unlikely, unless he has a genetic propensity to it already. The guy is lean and fit.
