Adding a meal to your daily report

I have created some meals in my profile, but can't figure out how to add the to a specific day. Can anyone help?

    After I've logged all the ingredients I save as a meal...then next time you have the same meal, from the food diary, add food, search for the name of the meal and there it is to add to your diary.
