So I've lost a total of 21.2lbs in exactly 2 months , but I've hit a weight loss stop usually I am pretty good at shaking it off , I was 114lbs gained to 168lbs in 1 year depression , so I know how to maintain and lose weight just this time around it's getting hard , anyway I eat healthy I count all my calories and I am not going over in fact I burn more then I eat. I workout 2 hours a day 6 days a week I don't do the same workouts , I do interval training and weights. Can someone give me some advice ?

How long has it been since you lost weight?0

Advice: have patience. The scales are not going to go down every week. If its been more than 4-8 weeks since the scales stopped showing a loss, then improve your logging accuracy. Otherwise, hang in there!1

If you aren't using a food scale, take a peek at this and see why we all so strongly suggest you get one:

That works out to more than 2lbs a week. Perhaps your body needed a reprieve. My advice would be not to get any more aggressive, just keep doing what you're doing.0
