Sometimes I need a kick up the a**e and sometimes willing to give it!
Got 75lb to lose, hoping to do it within the year, but trying to increase my general fitness levels, so started 'Insanity' 2 weeks ago.
Not hit the exercise times once yet, but got close on my 2nd fitness test. Pretty happy to be doing it as a 52 year old.
Hoping it changes my way of life, hoping to meet new friends wanting to improve their fitness, health and happiness.
