How many calories is in one slice of a 3ft American hero? I searched everywhere and can only find Italian.

That sort of thing is really hard to determine. How much is one slice? What condiments were used? How much meat is on the sandwich? How much cheese?

You may have to just break apart the ingredients in MFP and try to estimate the portion sizes.

"Slice" isn't a meaningful unit of measure. I would do my best to estimate how much I ate of each ingredient of the sandwich and log it that way. It's still going to be a guess, but it is likely to be much more accurate than logging a "slice" of anything.

Is your slice like 3 inches or like 2 feet? I would just log the ingredients separate or if this place has a smaller hero sandwich listed log that one but in the amount you had.

And I also wasn't expecting this to be about a sandwich.

I half expected to open the thread and see an uplifting news story about a little person that saved orphans from a fire, or something to that effect.

    I'm so glad I wasn't the only one :)
