I've tried to lose weight off and on for many years now. I start, I stop, I start, I stop. In the past I have followed some weird diet (low carb, only eat these foods). It honestly isn't a diet for me anymore, this is an entire lifestyle transformation!! It may take me awhile, I may have my slip ups, I may get discouraged. But in the end I am going to be healthy and have my dream body.

I am 29 and looking to get my dream body with hard work (hopefully before I turn 30 in September). Ideally I would love to lose about 75 pounds.

Since I was gone for so long I am in need of new friends! I'd love to have another female who has lost 50+ pounds as a mentor!
