Hi there I was hoping to increase my friends list today to look for more support in the 50+ age range. I have a good friends who are supporting each other but no one of my age and therefore no one who knows how hard it is after 40 to succeed . Anyway all welcome to look at my page and would love to have a few more oldies around. (Young at heart and mind) just the bones and muscles won't do what they are meant to.
