I have just been looking at my weekly caleries on MFP. Sorry to seem stupid but what are net caleries and under/ over net calories. I think I have an idea..... the goal is what it is 1530, is net the daily average after compiling data for a week....? And the net under or over is by how much you was under or over your weekly figure?

Net is total consumed minus exercise. If you ate 1800 calories one day and burned 300 doing exercise, your net would be 1500.1
