I have been here for a while. I yo-yoed up and down for years and September 24, 2016 I finally reached my goal weight. I would like to inspire people. But here is a before and after shot of me. The first picture is at around 215 - 220 and the last picture is actually below my GW I feel the best between 136 - 138 and that is where I was in this picture and where I am at today!
