I am a registered nurse, a mother of a 3 yr old boy, I workout at least 5 days a week doing weight training classes and running at least 30-40mins and zumba classes. Plus I do all the daily household living stuff. Would you say I'm active or lightly active? When I work out I try and burn between 400-500 calories at least.

As a nurse, I assume you are on your feet all day? If so, I'd go for active. If you are a nurse that "sits" most of the day (not sure they exist), then it would be lightly.1
