Always looking for vegan recipes that are so good my carnivore boys will also enjoy!

    One of my favorite vegan recipes is just sauteed vegetables with minced ginger, garlic, amino acids (instead of soy sauce) & olive oil. You can use whatever veggies you like but I usually use carrots, snap peas, broccoli, edamame, & red peppers. Then put the veggies over cooked soba noodles. salt and pepper to taste. It's so yummy. <3

    Here's the ingredient amounts:

    1/4 tbsp - minced ginger
    1/2 tbsp - minced garlic
    1 or 2 tbsp - amino acids
    1 tbsp - olive oil (this is optional)
    1/2 cup each kind - chopped veggies (1/2 cup carrots, 1/2 cup broccoli, etc...)
    if using edamame, I would only use about 1/3 cup
    1 cup - cooked soba noodles (directions for cooking the noodles should be on the package)

    I find asian food is really easy to make vegan, swap fish sauce for tamarind, oyster sauce for oyster mushroom sauce etc. I am planning a vegan banquet for friends and am serving:

    Pad Thai
    Pan fried Vegetable Dumplings
    Salt & Pepper Tofu
    Steamed BBQ Red Lentil Buns
    Hot & Sour noodle soup
