Which Harris-Benedict should I use

Good morning all,
Quick background, in addition to MFP for food/exercise data logging I use a separate spreadsheet to track totals, graphing, energy expediture, BP, etc. For a long time I have used the original 1919 Harris-Benedict BMR formula in this spreadsheet without any particular complaint.
I am in the process of remastering this spreadsheet to consolidate a couple of other spreadsheets into on tabloid size paper and I am wondering, should I use the 1984 Roza & Shizgal formula or the 1990 Mifflin & St. Jeor formula in place of the original 1919.
My memory says that one of the other formulas did a better job tracking people with a lot of lean muscle mass and was less reliable for someone who is overweight. Would anyone off hand have a good reference for this question? Thanks.
