Motivation with mother nature

OK so I have a full time job and 3 kids. I am tired and exhausted. I usually do a 15 min almost daily workout. But now mother nature has come for the week and all I want to do is lay down, eat, and sleep. I was just falling asleep on the couch and one of my boys was waking me up about every 10 mins.
How do I beat mother nature? How do I get energy, because I can not drink my normal cup of coffee? What motivates you to get up and workout?
