Hi
I am a 63-year-old, overweight disabled man trying to lose weight. I suffer from CHARGE Syndrome that affects all off by senses in varying degrees and includes an endocrine disorder. I am on HRT and that effects by appetite among other things. Having just had a mild heart attack, this has finally spurred me into action, and try to overcome my food addiction.
