I love shopping at Costco and was just wondering if anyone had favorites.
One of mine is the Braised Lamb Shanks in Rosemary Mint Sauce. About 230 calories for 5 ounces of deliciousness.

I'm a huge fan of their king and dungeness crab legs!
Also, no trip to Costco is complete without a $1.50 polish dog.8 -
Del Real's? Carnitas. And of course, their rotisserie chicken. The leftovers turn into soup and chicken pot pie. Three meals out of one bird.7

Ah man, I'm so allergic! I bought a bag of mussels once and they stunk so bad by the time I got home that I had to turn around and return them. Yuck.
I totally love their cafe. I like to plan a visit around dinner time and then I don't have to cook.1 -
Bummer about your allergy!1

I also like the bag of frozen edamame beans. Individual packages, 2 minutes in microwave, a little salt or soy sauce. So good.1

I always walk through the bakery in slow motion. The desserts are so BIG.1

The best deal on the planet is the 8-pack of rotisserie chicken leg quarters. I much prefer dark meat chicken to white meat anyways. $4.99 for the 8-pack and my husband and I get at least 3 meals out of it. You can eat them on their own, but we also cut them up to use in stir-frys, pastas, and salads. It's awesome and so easy.
Also:
Sweet kale salad, organic ground beef, strip steaks, and carved turkey breast for sandwiches.
The Kirkland brand wines are excellent...don't think of them as "generic"...they are made for Costco by quality wineries and sold under their private label at a discounted price. Their Chianti is EXCELLENT!6 -
