Those last pounds

So, I am only 10 lbs away from my goal weight and my weight has been at 145 (I am 5 foot 4) for the last two weeks. It will not budge! I eat in a calorie deficit (1500), weigh food on a scale and I started doing Strong Lifts about 2-3 days a week about 2 weeks ago. I am just wondering how long did it take you to lose your final weight?

Be patient. Your body is retaining water due to the new exercise you added, and the final pounds are extremely slow as it is.1
