Has anyone tried this? Drinking a lot of water is a good thing right?

Drinking water is important, but we also get water through the foods we eat. Drinking a glass of water as they directed will not cure asthma, epilepsy, leukemia, breast cancer, or any of the other illnesses listed on that site. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for promoting blatant misinformation.

Looking at the other promoted links and books I'm going to suggest that you add that site to your block list.

That site is horrific. Those are utterly absurd claims.

I agree that drinking water is important. To know how much water you need, all you need to do is monitor your urine color. Aim for straw-coloured. Anything darker means you need to hydrate, and clear urine can be a sign of over-hydration. Listen to your body. Over-hydration is just as dangerous as dehydration.

    That website is absolutely atrocious.
And here I was thinking this thread was about water boarding for some reason. Too much Prison Break. ;)

Lol, this is on par with chiropractic doctors saying adjustments will cure asthma, allergies, etc.
