Weight loss and a slight weakness in the knee and foot

I have some small trouble with my right foot and my right knee - they sometimes hurt after I've used them, too much apparently.

But, as you see below, I've lost weight! I think I already feel less pain in both places. So, do you think that if I reach my goal of 80 kg, these weaknesses may be over? I would weigh about 25% less (with a BMI of about 22 and I estimate my bf% will be around 10-12%).

I also do other things to treat them; I exercise and I improve the way I use those body parts, for example I've raised the saddle of my bike so that I don't have to bend my knees as much.

    I lost a lot of weight once before and I noticed I had less pain in my joints and feet.
    Several years later I found out from scans that I have some arthritis (I'm in my 40s), I don't know if you might have that too.
    Anyway, I think not going too crazy exercising will help with pain levels. ....Ibuprofen does too! :)

    Thanks for your reply and your advice! I hope that being conscious with it now (I am 26) and improving my lifestyle will prevent further degeneration or even increase the strength of those areas of my body. I will go to a physical therapist this year to let him examine me, just to make sure I get the best advice.
