New anyone 52 just starting?

I am looking for motivation to lose 25-30 lbs! I am 52 recovering from major surgery in December-8 weeks post-op. I own and run a small business so eating out and time are both a problem for me!! Any tips?

    Meal prep for the week on your day off. Get divided containers and fill them up with calculated portions of protein, carbs, and healthy fats

    Plan meals, prep meals and keep from being in a position to eat fast food. For many its not just that 1 meal, but triggers bad habits.

    Yes I have bad habits! Coke is one of them... probably the worst!
