Newbie :)

Hi everyone.
After completing the 3 day military diet successfully and dropping nearly 8 pounds I've decided to join mfp to keep track of calories and help me stay on the right track. I have no friends currently.using mfp so if you would like send a friend request and I would be happy to share my journey with you and look forward to making new cyber friends and follow your journey to success because after all how much fun can it possibly be to do this alone -_- (it's actually no fun at all lol) let's help motivate each other and stay on track :)
