Keto diet and alcohol

I've been on the keto diet for a week now and I love it. I use Fitness Pal to track my macronutrients and calories. I usually don't drink much, maybe once a month or less and today I had a taste for a hard apple cider. I only drank half of it (6 ounces). Come to find out, after drinking only water for the last couple of weeks it feels kinda weird to drink something else. I don't even know when I'll drink the other half. Then I drank a bunch of water and lifted weights. Lol.
