Hi:-) I have been out of the country for several days and cannot keep up with logging. Some of the foods we are eating are a mystery;-) I don't want my lack of logging to affect my weekly progress...

I would watch my portions (compare portions to when I was logging) and mentally count calories based on ingredients i do know then round up for mystery ingredients.
This is what I would do anyway.0 -

What kind of cuisine are you eating? There are people here from all over the world and all cultures. Perhaps someone can help you.0

Eh, you're on vacation.
Keep your portions reasonable, stay active, but enjoy yourself! Sampling new cuisine is the best part of international travel...don't worry about it too much and get back on track when you get home. The "damage" won't be as bad as you'd think.1 -
I take diet breaks when I go on vacation.
I don't log. I eat what I want without going too crazy. And I exercise a whole lot more than usual.0
