To run or not to run??

Any thoughts please I woke up on Thursday with low back ache I think it was from cycling which I did 4 days in a row having not been on a bike in years (not very smart I know that now). My back is totally fine when I am standing straight walking around etc. but sore to sit upright i.e in the car and to bend over to pick something up.
My question is should I totally rest or go for my normal run which would be 6km (does not hurt when I am running)?
Any thoughts would be great and any thoughts for treating my back would be great too as it is no better but no worse since Thursday??
Thanks guys!!

Do some stretches to make sure your spine is stretched out..but don't hurt yourself! Try running an easy 5K? If you feel like you can do more when you finish you can. if not, you still got in a good workout!0

I have zero expertise in this area, but I'm going to give it a shot. I suggest starting off with a little stretching, then a warm up walk, then walk a lil faster...see how your body responds. If it's telling you to stop, find something else you can do if you are determined to get a work out in today. Feel better!0
